I'm an experienced administrative professional with over 15 years in a variety of industries including education, trades, real estate, law, and healthcare. Throughout my career, I've built a reputation for being organised, resourceful, and dedicated - the kind of person people turn to when they need things done efficiently and done well.
My most important role, however, is “Mum". It's what inspired me to create Hello Jay - a business that allows me to combine my passion for supporting others with the flexibility to be present for my family. I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to balance work and family life, and that's why I'm here: to help business owners reclaim their time and focus on what matters most.
I love bringing order to chaos, creating streamlined systems, and making life easier for others. I've often been called the“keeper of all knowledge" not because I know everything, but because I'll always find the answer, and I'm quick to do it.
